We offer 35-gallon, 65-gallon, and 95-gallon carts. For reference, the 95-gallon cart is equivalent to the blue county recycling bin. The 65-gallon cart is our middle size, and the 35-gallon cart is our smallest, which is about 1/3 the size of the blue recycling bin. We also offer 2-yard dumpsters on wheel. Need a larger size, call 507-452-2067 and ask about our roll-off dumpsters.

If you sign up now, we will lock in your price until December 31, 2025 (or longer). We are committed to providing you with top quality local service at a reasonable price.

Miller Scrap & Disposal will donate $5 to a local non-profit for every new customer who signs up for weekly trash service. A different non-profit will be selected each month. Go local with Miller Disposal and help support our community!

Residential customers are billed quarterly (every 3 months) in advance. Business customers are billed monthly in advance. We offer AutoPay, electronic invoices via email, or paper invoices via regular mail.

You can pay online, including AutoPay, by creating an online account, mail a check with the remittance slip from your invoice, call the office at (507) 452-2067, or pay in person at our office located at 1 Recycling Lane during regular office hours.

Our current service areas include residential and business customers in Winona, Goodview, and Minnesota City. We hope to expand routes in the future.

Carts should be out and ready for pickup by 6:00am.

Wheels should be in back facing the curb/garage/house.

If a holiday falls during the week on or before your service day, your pickup will be delayed 1 day. These holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

If you have extra trash bags that do not fit in your cart, you can place them next to your cart. Additional fees may apply.

If you have larger items, please call the office at (507) 452-2067 to make special pickup arrangements.

We offer yard waste service for Miller Disposal customers from April 15 – November 30. There is a $5 charge for each 30 gallon bag or smaller with a two bag minimum. Please call the office at (507) 452-2067 to schedule your yard waste pickup.

Prohibited items include: concrete, landscape rock or wood, and pumpkins.

Please do not put hot ash, lithium-ion batteries, appliances, electronics, tires, oil, wet paint, or concrete/brick/rocks/sand/dirt in your container. You can call the office to get more details or make special pickup arrangements
